We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us at faith@graceandgloryfinds.shop — we’d love to see how we can serve you!
⏱ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume seasons or special launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated!
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Delivery times vary by location:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
💲 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out by joining our email list or following us on social media!
🎁 Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup at our upcoming pop-up shops and events. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll coordinate a pickup time with you!
❗ Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are beyond our control. If your order is delayed or missing, please reach out to us — we’re happy to help!
📬 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you catch an error, email us ASAP at faith@graceandgloryfinds.shop and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at faith@graceandgloryfinds.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll do our best to make it right!
