Plan with Purpose

There was a season in my life when I was running on empty. I couldn’t tell if it was burnout, hormones, or just life piling up—but I was struggling. I felt distant from God, unmotivated, and constantly overwhelmed.
Around that time, I came across a new version of the planner I used that was focused on self-care and decided to give it a try. That small decision ended up changing everything. I was forced to think of ways to put my self and my well being first every single day. It gave me a whole new perspective and meaning to the word self-care.
At first, I thought self-care was just bubble baths and retail therapy. But as I started using that planner and showing up for myself again, God revealed something deeper.
He showed me that the best form of self-care isn’t about escaping life—it’s about stewarding the life He gave us. That lesson was greater than any spa session or self help book could ever do for me.
When we care for our bodies, our minds, and our soul, we’re not being selfish—we’re making space for God to renew us. Because the truth is, the healthiest version of us is the one that walks closest with Jesus. Following HIM is the best form of self-care on this earth because he is the source of true joy and rest.
I began doing two simple things every day during my quiet time with God: open my planner and open my Bible.
I started writing things down—my prayers, emotions, scriptures, and goals. I reflected on what made me feel safe, who gave me comfort, what makes me feel happy and what God was teaching me. Slowly, things began to shift. My anxiety calmed. My motivation returned. And for the first time in a long time, I felt peace instead of chaos.
That’s where the Beloved Self-care and Wellness planner was born—from a place of restoration, not perfection. I wanted to create a tool that helped women plan their days with intention, not pressure. A space where faith and wellness meet.
Because planning shouldn’t just be about productivity—it should be about presence.
Presence with God. Presence with your calling. Presence with yourself.
As we step into the final stretch of the year, I want to remind you—God is still writing your story. Don’t focus on what didn’t happen. Focus on what He can still do.
He is the God of new beginnings, even in November. Let this be your reset season. A time to say, “Lord, I trust You with my plans. Use me and guide me as I finish this year in Your strength.”
To help you do just that, I’m hosting our next Plan with Purpose Workshop—a faith-filled space to pause, reflect, and plan your next season with God at the center. I’ll be sharing more of my testimony and walking you through the same planning process that helped me trade burnout for peace and purpose.
If your heart’s ready for a fresh start, save your seat today and join us for this time of reflection, fellowship, and intentional planning.
